City Traffic in San Diego and the Negligent Driver Cause Motorcycle Accidents

City traffic in San Diego and negligent drivers cause motorcycle accidents, because the negligent driver changes the risk for the motorcycle rider. Riding a motorcycle is taking a risk, since they are not like a car that has a metal cage, seatbelts and airbags; instead all the rider has for protection is their helmet and possible protective clothing.

The rider that is involved in a collision in traffic can be critically injured, they are going to hit the pavement, risk being struck by a vehicle and this can mean traumatic brain injuries, internal injuries, broken bones, back injuries, neck injuries, gashes, cuts and scrapes. These injuries can take weeks at the least to heal and in many cases months to heal. This also means missing work, which means no pay check. That can cause financial stress for the injured victim and their family, after being involved in a motorcycle crash that was caused by a negligent driver.

The driver can be held accountable for their actions that caused the motorcycle collision and the injuries. The best way for the injured victim to do this is with the help of a motorcycle accident lawyer, since holding the driver accountable, will also mean holding their insurance company responsible. Insurance companies do not like to pay money out and will go to extremes to avoid it.

They in some cases when dealing with the injured victim that is not represented by a motorcycle accident attorney will place the blame on the rider, rather than the driver they insure. The insurance company will also attempt to offer a very small settlement hoping that the injured victim is financially strapped and accepts their offer. The injured rider that is represented by a motorcycle accident attorney does not have to deal with the insurance company, instead that is the attorneys job.

The motorcycle accident attorney has experience in dealing with the insurance company and they are able to be aggressive in fighting their lawyers and getting a fair settlement for the injured victim. The motorcycle accident attorney has access to experts that can recreate the accident, that can testify and this will help to ensure that the injured victim recovers fair compensation.
