November 22, 2011 – According to reports a suspected DUI hit and run driver was arrested after falling out of a tree. According to authorities a driver that is suspected of being under the influence was involved in a hit and run crash on the I-5 Freeway at Burbank Boulevard.

The driver fled the scene and was later arrested by police while attempting to escape, by hiding in a tree. The driver fell out of the tree and was arrested by police. The I-5 Freeway was closed for a short time, while police investigated the scene of the crash.
