Age to Qualify for Car-Rental?

The minumum age is usually 21 yrs and maximum 65 yrs, however a daily fee may be payable locally for drivers under 25yrs or over 65 yrs. This or will vary from location to location eg:-

USA around USD 7-10/day. Any surcharges will be notified by confirmation email at time of booking, before taking any payment.

What do the various insurance plans cover?

These are clearly indicated on the final quote/secure booking page,according to your selection from plan 1,2,3, please ensure you understand them fully.

Confirmation of booking contract

You will also be sent a confirmation email detailing your booking before any payment is taken. Please advise any descrepencies by email within 24 hours. After this the booking will be processed and will be subject to cancellation/amendment fees.

What documents must be produced upon collection?

  • A full valid driving licence (usually held for minimum two years). Endorsements must be disclosed.

  • Valid major credit card, eg Visa, Mastercard, Amex,. Debit/checking cards are not acceptable.

  • Copy of the rental document unless otherwise advised by email.

An imprint of the card is usually taken by the rental company to cover any insurance excess. No charges will be made otherwise. If you have taken plan 3 (max) you will be entitled to claim back the excess paid, where this is available. (not in USA).

Special Requests eg:- Baby/child seats, roof racks must be done at time of booking. Any additional charges will be advised, if any.

What if I have to cancell?

If so, it must be done well before collection date and notified to us by email. We will than advise what the cancellation charges are. If it's due to medical reasons, you may be able to recover them from your travel insurance policy. Please click below to take-out a low-cost policy:-

We are authorised merchants for Barclaycard Merchant Services and such we have to maintain a high standard of service.  Paying by credit card via our secure order form gives you full rights of getting A re-imbursement should you not be well happy in any way or due to fraudulant use of your card.and you return the rental documents before well travel date.
